WHAT IT IS
Codeable LanguageTM is an overlay to an EHR system that allows providers to be directly queried as they document. This quick and efficient manner allows you to give all the correct information needed for current coding and billing standards while giving the best and complete accuracy in patient care.
HOW IT WORKS
It works simply by taking all the regulations issued by CMS and putting them into direct query questions to help guide providers in real-time while documenting. As you can see in the above video, once you, the provider, have typed in your assessment, Codeable Language then guides you through a series of questions, which includes modifiers, core measures, and patient scores. You are given options to choose from those that are up-to-date with ICD-10 codes and CMS regulations. The system then populates the note for you, showing clinical validity, core measures, and plan of care. This allows you to document quickly and accurately the first time.
